You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Discover Kentucky. Contests and giveaways require entrants to be 18 years of age or older.
2. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the tips, reviews, photos, and plans you post. By submitting content, you grant Discover Kentucky a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your content on the Service.
3. Business Offers & Perks Disclaimer
Coupons, perks, and deals displayed on Discover Kentucky are honored directly by participating local businesses. Discover Kentucky is not responsible for business performance or fulfillment.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with exclusive venue in Jefferson County, KY.
